Welcome to the NADE EL LUNA’s Website. By entering our Website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please review these carefully before making any purchases. By using this site you agree to comply with these Terms. NADE EL LUNA is an online service that sells clothing, accessories and other items. To be able to make purchases through the NADE EL LUNA website, you will be requested to register. This information will allow us to handle your transaction efficiently and effectively. As payment will be made online, it is important that you enter all the requested information accurately. This will ensure that there is no delay in the dispatch of your order. The information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence. The website is available only to individuals who meet the NADE EL LUNA terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid payment card, i.e., credit card etc. and who have authorized NADE EL LUNA to process a charge or charges on their payment card as the amount of the total purchase price for the item or items. By making an offer to purchase merchandise, you authorize NADE EL LUNA to perform credit checks and to transmit or to obtain information about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your payment card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your payment card, and/or to obtain an initial payment card lD. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use. We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of a specific item from being shipped to any one customer or postal address. In case your personal information changes, please send an email to the following email askus@nadeelluna.com. NADE EL LUNA may modify these Terms at its sole discretion. By using this website after such change(s), you agree to comply with the Terms as changed. Any changes made after you have placed an order with us, will not affect that order, unless we are required to make the change by law.

1. GENERAL
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as”you”) with NADE EL LUNA hereinafter referred to as “NADE”, “us” or ”we”, at the NADE EL LUNA website, mobile website or via telephone (jointly referred to as ”www.nadeelluna.com”). By using www.nadeelluna.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
The inclusion of any products or services on www.nadeelluna.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on www.nadeelluna.com at the time you place your order.

2. PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
The prices displayed at www.nadeelluna.com are including Goods and Service Tax but do not include a delivery charge. If the GST rate applicable on the date of the order is changed after the order has been made, the change will be reflected in the price of items without you being notified.
The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.

3. ORDERING
The ordering options available to you are via www.nadeelluna.com or telephone. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, our representative will contact you to settle the refund.

4. DELIVERY
NADE EL LUNA endeavors to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 2 to 4 working days following confirmation of an order unless otherwise stated. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, the delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your items. Shipping fee depending on where you live.
  • Once the order has shipped please allow up to 24 hours for updates to reflect on your tracking number.
  • We are not responsible for any delays in transit times caused by our shipping providers. Please allow the appropriate time for your package to arrive. Expect delays during peak times, such as holidays and during extreme weather conditions. We are not responsible for delayed shipments, so we recommend you order with ample time for your order to arrive.
  • We are not responsible for any shipments lost by our shipping carriers. Any efforts to remedy will be in good faith.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are deemed undeliverable by the shipping carriers. A package can be undeliverable if the recipient refuses to accept the shipment if the recipient’s place of business is closed, the recipient’s address cannot be located, the address is not in an area serviced by the shipping providers or no appropriate person was available to accept the shipment at a delivery location on the initial delivery attempts or reattempts.
  • If your package is returned, you are responsible for any postage incurred (for the package being returned) and postage to reship your package.
  • In the unlikely event, the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

5. RETURNS
NADE EL LUNA guarantees a full refund or if you prefer, to replace any returned items in which the returned item is in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.

ALL SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. However, there is an exception for defect/wrong/faulty items only.

7. COLOURS
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.

8. GUARANTEE
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, NADE EL LUNA abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by contacting us at askus@nadeelluna.com.
